A CELEBRATION OF 70 YEARS OF WOMEN'S BROADCASTING

Thursday 9th June 2016 2.00pm

 A celebratory service and talk reflecting the role of women in the media and broadcasting in the last 75 years. This will be followed by a strawberry cream tea and historian, Peter Lord, will be creating an exhibition of BBC media and archive material.

 Rosie Millard, Chair of Hull’s City of Culture 2017 team and writer for the Independent will give a short talk during the service.

 Venue – Holy Trinity Church  Time – 2.00pm - 3.00pm
