Children and young people

Here at Holy Trinity, we believe that age shouldn't be a barrier to enjoying church or discovering God for yourself.

We welcome and aim to be inclusive of everyone, whatever your experience of faith, and we equip people to grow in their faith and relationship with God.

Our current activities are:

HT Kids and HT Youth sessions during the 9.30 and 11.15 Sunday services

A Baby and Toddler group that meets every Friday at 10am in the Parish Centre

A fortnightly Bible study called "F5" for 11-18s on Fridays at 5pm

Saturday Celebrations (on a monthly basis)

Annual trip to Soul Survivor Festival

Regular parties, socials, holiday clubs and other activities. for details of some recent activities CLICK HERE

Children and teens also feature prominently in our formal choir, where they enjoy voice coaching, rehearsals and regular performances at weddings and services.

Teenagers and young adults are encouraged to explore their faith through Start, Refresh and Alpha groups, as well as exploring the path to Communion. Our young people are also a large and active part of our volunteers, as part of the welcome, refreshments, tech and worship teams.

All activities are run in accordance with the Diocese of York's Safeguarding Guidelines.
